A. Customer Satisfaction
At JLED Co., Ltd. customer satisfaction is our main goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase and our services. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply inform us the soonest possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

B. Returns, Exchange and Cancellation
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange of the merchandise purchase. Please make sure though that the packaging and the item is still in its good condition. Returns and exchange will not be honored if the product is not in its perfect condition. This policy is not applicable for other products such as the LED Displays and the like. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In case of cancellation by which JLED Co., Ltd. is solely responsible, all payments will be refunded; however, if you cancelled your order JLED Co., Ltd. will not refund the payment made. To avoid this, we suggest you to be 100% sure before placing an order and confirming your payment.

C. Our Guarantee

All items purchased from JLED Co., Ltd. are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You may return anything purchased from us within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. We warrant that all our products are free from defect. Depending upon product availability, we will ship products to your location or any location you have specified after confirming your payment. We do not want you to have to keep anything from the JLED Co., Ltd. online Store with which you are not completely satisfied.

D. Privacy
Here at JLED Co., Ltd., we make sure that your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses and bank information.  When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to communicate with you about your order.

E. Pricing, Payment and Sales Tax
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept PayPal payment for online purchase and VISA, MASTERCARD and Pay and Pick Up at JELD Co., Ltd. Showroom in Bangkok if you don’t have PayPal account. Thailand sales tax is applicable on all orders.

F. Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

G. Shipping
Most orders ship out from our store within Thailand is within 7 business days. Depending on the product availability and the bulk of your purchase, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
